We send both signatures (full and short) to your aiila.tech address. Use the same email you typed above. The logo and icons are hosted, so the signatures paste cleanly into Outlook, Gmail and Apple Mail.

Paste it into your email program

Outlook (Windows)
  1. File, Options, Mail, Signatures, New. Name it.
  2. Click in the edit box and paste (Ctrl+V).
  3. Choose the full signature for New messages and the short one for Replies and forwards. Save.
Outlook (Mac) and Outlook on the web
  1. Mac: Outlook, Settings, Signatures, the + button. Web: Settings, Accounts, Signatures, New signature.
  2. Paste into the box and save.
Apple Mail
  1. Mail, Settings, Signatures, the + button.
  2. Untick "Always match my default message font", then paste into the right-hand box.
Gmail
  1. Settings (gear), See all settings, General, Signature, Create new.
  2. Paste into the box. Gmail can drop pasted pictures; if the logo or icons are missing, use the picture button to upload them from the AiiLATECH email images folder, or paste the HTML into an HTML-signature add-on.

The signature uses the typeface Montserrat. Mail programs without it show their default sans-serif. Keep the colors, tagline and notice as they are.
